All applicants must have a license in Dental field, unless you are applying to the Front Office Receptionist position (proof of experience is needed).
Although a year of relevant work experience is preferred, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
We do provide training to help you become more proficient in the various dental office software applications now in use.

After the 2 month introductory period, all of our staff members are welcome to apply for and start receiving health insurance.
Other agencies may charge dental offices up to $10,000 in recruitment fees before letting them hire their employee. We don’t follow that custom. Our workers have no ties to stay with us should they decide to quit. Furthermore, we hope that you find an office environment in which you thrive.
All potential employees are subjected to a background check before being hired. Although drug testing is not mandatory, you may be asked to submit to one at our request.

We follow BYOB (be your own boss) rules. All of our professionals plan their own schedule. Working hours and location are flexible to meet your needs.
